Here's a quick run through on how I got to the final version the images below. Using Lightroom 2

Firstly I tweaked the exposure, brightness and contrast of the entire image. Then, using the selective brush tool I created a mask and applied the setting as you see in the image below.  Basically used a blue colour, and under exposed buy 0.8

Same deal with the building, I just used yellow and over exposed it.

Wowzers - those are great tips - 2 mins? Will have to add LR2 to my Christmas list then (I have been good this year - honest)
